Acquisition Criteria
Luxmana proactively seeks properties with a value-add component, or a compelling story. We look for the opportunity to leverage our skills in finance, marketing and management to maximize returns. Broken condos, construction defects, partially completed projects, legal, financial, or other problems are compelling opportunities, as they would benefit from our considerable skills in these areas. Brokers are protected.

- Location: Metro areas of Denver, Colorado & Dallas/Fort Worth, Texas
- Size: Single residences of 2BR or greater, Multifamily of no more than 50% 1BR
- Vintage: 1990 or older
- Up to $3M acquisition price
